Absolutely, Pilar. While it is impossible for me to pretend English is not
nearly universally known as the "language of business," inasmuch as the DNSO
affects culture I firmly believe it ought to authentically reflect culture.

Problem: IMHO universally relevant and workable translation in these matters
depends almost entirely on the successful codification of international law
as it affects the Net. Shouldn't we build the cart before putting the horse
in front?
