  It sure would and also that there is at least a selection of proposals
from which the "General Assembly/GA mailing list" can choose from.
But of course first you must have a valid and expectable "Voting Procedure"
by which this can be done.  Currently this doesn't exist.  The previous
two attempts at voting showed that the pNC and then the Ga-Watchdogs
could not be trusted resulting in a fraudulent voting process and engaging
in SELECTIVE CENSORSHIP.  I am sure you don't want to repeat that
malignant process again, do you Harald?
