1 is contrary to competition, 2 is without reference to the capacity of the
TLD delegatee to exercise an enforcement policy, 3 is daft, 4 is redundant,
5 is underspecified and 6 is denial of the present condition.

Mind I could "consens" to anything that didn't actually say "shoot the
indians", but volunteering to be the DNS village idiot is extravagant.

NO. Like Harald I know what this is, and the answer is "eventually, but not
today, and not in today's DNS Wars carnival".
