I am pleased to announce that the proposal I made for the timetable of this group, aiming for a face-to-face meeting at the Los Angeles meeting in November, and the submission of a report by the end of November 1999, now has the support of The ACM Internet Governance Committee, and the personal endorsement of the President of the ACM.
