Re: [ga] REMINDER: On-topic discussion

I'm sorry if my message was unclear; I was and am referring to
the repeated "discussion about the credibility of a prolific member 
of this list" and the retaliation attempts of this member. Postings 
focussing purely on other participants are not reasonably related 
to the participation in the work of the DNSO and distract from
other issues.

All kinds of off-topic discussions may eventually lead to 
on-topic discussions and vice versa. However, only on-topic 
postings comply with the list rules.
