Well , if the Chair can also represent a non-profit org, like a Boating 
club <g> , and then joins the NCDNHC, there is a good chance that Salzburg 
Seminar will fund most of the travel cost.

If they change their rules, this route would even be unnecessary.

Of course , taking a week out of running a business is the real charity.
That is what you mean, I guess.

"For what?" is the question every candidate must answer for him/herself.

For some of us, even if there is no immediate expectation of being listened 
to, giving up is conceding defeat.
