David and all,

  Indeed you are correct in a free society people have a right to associate
at will and to develop a SHARED set of norms.  I Emphasize "SHARED"
here because that is NOT what Roberto, Harald and a few others are
attempting to do with "Haralds Proposed List Rules".  This was made
abundantly clear in the Poll, all be it skewed, showed clearly.  NO MANDATE.

  Imposing rules on this Assembly, which under "Haralds Rules Proposal" the
Assembly ceases to exist, is problematic at best, and not enforceable in
reality as currently outlined in "Haralds Rules Proposal".  Therefore these
rules are NOT a SHARED set of norms in any stretch of the imagination.
They are a pure attempt to IMPOSE rules that are not predominantly
desired presently.
