There's no such Non-Comercial SO.  Which exists is a Non-Commercial 
Constituency, and right now we just
admite as members Non-Commercial Organizations.

yes..other constituencies are accepting individuals.

Lia...Constituencies, not SO.   SO is for DNSO, ASO and PSO
