Exactly.  In any business environment, litigation
is part of sorting out the boundary conditions of
the competitive marketplace.

The very notion that some group would attempt
to meet and conspire to control the conditions
of a competitive service market is grounds for
antitrust action - as well as a basic socialist
mindset.

Non-profit actors in a marketplace frequently
become market distorting bad actors - but concede
there may be merit in allowing some to exist for
specialized reasons.
