I have been under the assumption that 6-10 meant new
registries, not just TLDs. Milton is correct. The issue
here isn't how many TLDs, it's how many registries.
If you're comfortable with 6-10 TLDs, then let's do it
with 6-10 new registries and avoid giving business
advantage to the "chosen few."
