[wg-c] new to WG

Though not up-to-date on all aspects and communications between members of the WG.... I agree with Mr. Stubbs. The costs can be contained. My background is in the development of large production systems and facilities. This includes e-data systems. Well-defined needs coupled with management engineering, along with the interaction of highly talented individuals who have like-goals will result in an initial system that will need to be tweaked as it operates. This WG is obviously ready, willing and able to accomplish the task before it from what I have been reading; the vast amount and freeflow of information and ideas between members will bring results as long as the goals are determined and times set to achieve. Please tell me what exactly the WG is trying to achieve and when? Thank you.
