On November 11th, 1999 http://www.dnso.org/dnso/notes/19991111.DNSO-GAchair-nominations.html, the Names Council has resolved that the first elections for the Chair to the General Assembly of the DNSO will take place between 11th and 17th of December 1999. The Names Council has requested that the General Assembly come up with nomination procedures for nominating candidates for election to the Chair of the General Assembly, and that it submit proposals to the Names Council no later than November 19th, 1999.
