[comments-deletes] MONOPOLY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT: ABSOLUTE CONTROL IS WHAT VERISIGN WANTS.

MONOPOLY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT: ABSOLUTE CONTROL IS
WHAT VERISIGN WANTS.

For the benefit of the world community.

WLS will help Verisign notice important expiring
domains, that they had not noticed before (on every
language).
Verisign want's NO EXCEPTIONS to the domains they
withhold, that way they can extract PREMIUM PRICES.

Verising will act as:

Registry              = VERISIGN
Registrar             = srsplus.com, & Snapnames.com &
affiliates
Secondary aftermarket = Greatdomains.com
Escrow Company = I'm sure they'll add one if
they don't have it
Appraisals Valuations = Impose Premium Prices, Yearly.
Plus auction company.

Just like they do with .TV .CC .BZ domains and extract
PREMIUM prices. (EBAY)

When Verisign means Premium it means NO one time
charge; but yearly renewals at premium prices just
like .TV's
That's the next step.

Or alternatively ask for multiple request from
multiple registrars that charge consumers for a queue
or chance for a domain. (A slight variation &
modification of the "domain lottery"; I think they
call it "Round Robin" process.)

As you know ROBIN has many meanings in different
languages...

That phrase "Round Robin" has double or triple
meaning.

As with the .info queue, multiple applications with
multiple registrars only guaranties that you will NOT
obtain the domain of your chosing.
Going after 20 domains on multiple registrars.- Result
= NO SINGLE DOMAIN
Specialy after one spends a bunch of money on those
queues at multiple registrars. An orderly process to
stract money from consumers. That does not benefit
consumers.

SUMMARY:

What should be required from Verisign is the
following:

Verisign should drop domains on a MANDATORY PERIOD of
time after whois database expirations.

Demand from Verisign sell srsplus.com and to
discontinue using srsplus.com to catch expiring
domains.- There is a conflict of interest here.

Otherwise.
If Verisign does not obtain their wish of WLS
monopoly; Verisign still has a second option.-
They'll just keep doing what the current unwritten
rules show. When the intrinsic value of a domain is
higher than what a snapback cost; Verisign will use
srsplus.com to catch premium domains for a domain
dropping club that pays Verisign for the priviledge of
inside track. This current system is also very
profitable for Verisign, much more profitable than
snapback's on select individual domains. (on top of
the snapback fees they collect and don't deliver.)
That's called FRAUD.

Or alternatively:
If Verisign continues using srsplus.com to catch
dropping domains, Verisign should sell srsplus.com and
not have anything to do with it.

It's worth to note that Verisign and srsplus.com are
the same company.

They have a unfair and illegal inside track.

Not just that. Who knows how much money does
srsplus.com require to be part of the dropping club.
On top of that; after srsplus grabs the domains they
DO NOT plublish ownership info on the whois database
for months on end. (So no one notices the FRAUD in
which Verisign.com, snapnames.com srsplus.com are
involved).

A few examples of the hundreds if not thousands of
such domains are as follows: (No whois ownership info)

thecook.com
nigerian.com
thomasvilletimes.com
sweetheart.org

A major faul against all the rules of Icann.

Therefore:

Should we be as foolish enough as to allow the evil &
greedy stratagem of Omnipotent Verisign be imparted
upon us?

What is behind it? = GREED

ABSOLUTE CONTROL & MONOPOLY THROUGH WLS SHOULD BE
DENIED TO VERISIGN.
