Mike,

  This note is being CC'ed the constituency list because I'm not going to
  have this decided in a vacuum....


If this is your position, you have made your decision -- you have the
authority and capability to add the account, go ahead. I will not,
furthermore I disagree if you do.

In my note [1] 4 organizations were able to comply with the 12 hours
allotted. I cannot make an exception here, nor will I agree with any
additions to the rolls at this time, closed is closed.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I have discussed selling products and
services to Mr. Brody's company, this fact does not cloud my view that
once the rolls are closed they are closed.
