Ross - apparently, we can go to the public forum page on www.neustar.us for now, and later submit comments through a more formal method.  but, in addition, i'd be up for working on a common submission - since mike is on the .us policy council, we should organize the transition ourselves, i think

who represented the registrars, where was the request for input or even
notice of this as a discussion topic with .us?

I think we have a "failure to communicate" with whomever our
representative is.
