Dear Colleagues:

Something has come up which will prevent me from arriving in Stockholm on 
31 May.

ETA is now 10:45 (am) in Stockholm.  I therefore will miss most or all of 
the DNSO meeting.

Is there a provision for me to designate a proxy for any issues that come 
to a vote?
