fellow registrars

i cannot understand why have we suddenly switched to a morning meeting when
we have been meeting in the afternoon for the last 2 years.

many people have already arranged their schedules and arrivals based on a
registrar constituancy meeting time consistant with what we have always had
in the past.

there is a strong chance that many parties will be ariving in stockholm on
friday morning and will miss at least 1/2 or more of the meeting.

i would appeal here for reconsideration and holding the meeting at a time
consistant with prior periods
