I forgot to say that Roberto Gaetano had proposes a discussion
in LA
- first discussion on an Individuals Constituency
.
Should this be part of the NC meeting ?
Or should this be the GA meeting and then the NC reacts to it in December
?
I know also that the new at large director for Europe is keen on the idea
and will doubtless bring it up at an ICANN board meeting after LA.
