Correction...not $160,777,216....$167,772,160....or call it $161,000,000

Also, does this mean that companies like AT&T have been saving on the order of $161,000,000
per year by distracting ICANN into other topics ?....How much does AT&T pay people to distract
the ICANN Board and Staff ?
