John and all assembly members,

  This is nice, but did you file an official complaint or this response with
the FTC?  While chatting with them just a few minuets ago, they
have yet to receive any "Official Complaints" on this action when
I inquired.

  We[INEGroup] are considering filing an "Official Complaint"
on this action pending a complete review..
