Eric and all assembly members,

  Good points here Eric, and nicely but simply articulated as well.
Unfortunately this assembly still has it's perpetually disgruntled
members.  Many of us realize this and have for some time
and therefore deal with it accordingly.  Perhaps that is not
always adequate, but it is appropriate given that openness
and transparency is apparent.
