  What "Large Scale"?  Me thinks you are reaching a bit here...

  In times of strife where the conditions present themselves that
are sufficient to make or take drastic measures, governments,
such as the US, need, indeed must take those actions unless
or until those conditions that exist or existed cease to be
extant.

  Yes, California is a state in the US.  Hence in some circumstances
it must comply with the federal authority unless it chooses to
seek sassed from the Union.  Some states in the 1860's did
so for a time.  A war ensued.  They lost miserably.  The union
was preserved.  All was then well with the union and the wounds
of that civil strife began to heal....  And so it goes...

  Now it the time to choose.  Are you for the terrorists or
are you against them.  If you are against them, such as Libya,
then you should understand clearly.  If not, than we will
deal with you in due course.
