Here is yet another example of the "chairs" going completely against the
will of the GA and creating something that has never existed and has
absolutely no legitimacy.

"icannworld" has absolutely no official relation to the DNSO or to
ICANN. The only official web site is http://www.dnso.org/ and there can
be no other official source for information about the dealings of the
GA. This is exactly like the previous illegitmate effort to host the
so-called "sub-lists" on mail servers other than the officially
sanctioned GA mail server, maintained by the DNSO Secretariat.

Your efforst to move outside of the official ICANN and NC boundaries is
a complete disservice to the community, just as the community-fracturing
so-called "sub-lists" are another effort to tear the GA into little
pieces that do not communicate with each other.

These so-called "sub-lists" are not official working groups of the NC.
They are merely efforts by the "chairs" to create minority groups of
people in an effort to keep the GA from actually knowing what is
happening. All this talk of focused discussion on the so-called
"sub-lists" as opposed to the official list serves only to
disenfranchise the GA by creating elite "committees" which the "chairs"
attempt to vest with non-existant powers.

If you are so strongly opposed to the NC and the ICANN, then I suggest
that you create your own body and set it up the way that you want to.
What you are doing here is impeding the progress of the GA by fracturing
it into little pieces so that you can come along later and say, "See,
this doesn't work and never has."

Unless and until you show where you think that you derive these powers
to create this as an official web site, or until you show some
legitimacy of purpose for these so-called "sub-lists", I must remain
firmly opposed and can tell you that firm opposition such as mine
demonstrates a complete lack of consensus by any definition.
