As an attorney, Mr. Froomkin should appreciate the fact that
rules and procedures are essential to the practice of law in the
courtroom -- the language on which the suspension was based
would likely lead to a contempt charge if uttered in court, and
rightly so.  GA is far from being a court room, but the same
principles apply -- do not disrupt the process -- and the use
of such rules is well justified in order to help facilitate action
on legitimate GA purposes.
