Bill and all assembly members,

  I would have to agree that there are a disproportionate number of
"Excitable" participants on this forum.  However that is to be expected
and understood as what we are all are witnessing is something of
great interest to many.  And as such, many are seeing the terrible
inequities and inconsistencies of the "ICANN Experiment" that
are draining the life blood from the internet.  That is likely to be
disturbing and create excitement....
