[ga] Melbourne - Preliminary Agenda

Good morning.

Sorry for not having been online lately, but I have been sick.
It's getting better now, and I will try to catch up.

In the meantime, I have got outhorization to take time off to participate to 
the ICANN meeting, so there will be a chair for the session.

The draft agenda I propose is the following:
- administrivia (from Chair, Secretariat, ...)
- feedback from Constituency meetings (and WGs?)
- Chair election
- DNSO review
- Individuals
- AOB

As some discussion has been going on about remote participation it may be 
interesting to add:
- remote participation
- funding for webcast (without this one the former is moot)
