Dave, 

Sarcasm , misunderstood as it can be, always gives you an opportunity to
backpedal.

You and Mr Crispin often make it sound as if you have an inside channel to
the Board. 
Since we are talking about the Board's (re)actions, my interpretation is a
logical one.

But enough of this. The burden to make clear what you meant is yours.
