[ga] ICANN Web Site Search Now Available

In the past weeks, I've received a few requests for searching of the ICANN
and Berkman Center ICANN-Archive web sites.  The Berkman Center has
therefore implemented a joint search interface indexing both our own
ICANN-related content (everything within
<http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/icann>) and ICANN's entire web site.

The search interface is at <http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/icann/search>.
Suggestions for improvement are solicited.
