  I did not read Joe's remark here as an intent to disrupt Harald.
I take exception to your Threatening warning here in this context.
Are you suggesting Information warfare?  Are you even recommending it?

 APPOINTED???  No Harald any such SAA or SAA's must be ELECTED,
not APPOINTED or SELECTED!  Such a move would not boad well for you
Roberto, or the DNSO.  I strongly suggest that you, Roberto or anyone
else rethink this....
