Yes, that is correct by my count.

Again, you are correct. I am not presuming anything other than motion,
seconds, and support in the form of talleys. Anyone can do that, but
legitimacy is a separate issue that is currently demanding the
participation of the official Chair, D. Quaynor. In his absence, which has
twice been noted by Dennis Schaefer, Someone - or several people need to
keep count of what is going on.

A continued silence on the part of the chair will not serve the deadline
imposed, yet we will have made a decision regardless, right here, all by
our little GA selves.
