Hi Eric

The rules of order for the mailing lists of the General Assembly of the
DNSO are stated at:

http://www.dnso.org/dnso/notes/2000.GA-ga-rules-v0.4.html

This states, inter alia:

"Certain persons appointed by the GA Chair (the list monitors) have
the task of monitoring the list for posts that violate these rules."

and

"Suspension of posting rights. This will cause mail from that person not to
be sent to the GA list."

These rules have been adopted by the General Assembly. You were suspended
for breaching these rules by list monitors appointed by the Chair.

You can argue, if you wish, that these rules restrict your input to the
debate. You cannot argue that the process itself was not legitimate.

Regards
Patrick Corliss
