Kent and all assembly members,

  There are quite a few major differences between CPtech and
ICANN Kent that make you arguments incompatible.
Here are just a couple:

1.) Cptech is not a signatory of the White Paper or the MoU
     ICANN is.

2.) CPtech is not contractually involved in with the USG
      with respect ti the Internet central resources.  ICANN is.
