  I agree with you that doing something is much preferable than
continuing arguing about a perceived or real problem.  The current
set of "Rules" were created educated, without the legitimate approval
of the participants in which they effect or may effect.  As such or as
a result the breeding of suspicion shall continue and likely increase.
But if something is actually DONE about correct this problem, the
GA will be mired down with WXW type of nuisance posts of one
flavor or another...
