In case anyone is wondering just how far along the NC has gone in its
stated interest in establishing a DNSO Secretariat in the last 8 months,
please consider the following:

On Aug. 10, 2000 the following post was made to the NC budget ML:

On Feb 19, 2001 the following post was made to the NC budget ML:

http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/nc-budget/Arc00/msg00316.html

No continuation of the discussion has occured to date on the referenced
ML.

It appears as if the discussion for the establishment of the DNSO
Secretariat has stalled somewhat (8 months).
