Thanks for your post.
My understanding is that the NC will have a formal vote by e-mail to ratify 
the election of Danny and Patrick, as there has been no quorum at the 
teleconference of 2001-04-10.
Incidentally, the vote of the representatives present was unanimously in 
favour.

A vote of the GA has been taken, and the NC would have ratified the 
election, if it would have had the quorum.
I think that we can go ahead with the transition.
