when I called, it answered "Hi, this is Jeff". Sounded quite personal.....

as for the fax number...since you are not going to send anything, you 
shouldn't need it. My address you can find by asking your telephone 
operator for the address of Harald Alvestrand, Trondheim, Norway. I'm the 
only one.
