I was hoping for Monday, so we could begin discussing it promptly (either 
next week or when originally scheduled in the WG agenda). If we can, we 
might be able to come up with serious proposals for the Names Council in a 
manner that allows them to address these issues to the BoD. One of the 
problems that YJ has identified is that while work proceeds in English, 
"just in time" materials put tremendous burdens on those who need to 
translate the documents, and can lead both to misunderstandings and 
lower-quality decisions.
