That is incorrect, Robin - this WG is about improving the DNSO structure 
and process. While the vast majority of people in this  WG agree that and 
individuals constituency is one thing that is needed, the WG is not about 
that. ccTLD constituency members are equally welcome, and their concerns 
are equally valid
