This WG is about setting up an individuals constituency, not about ccTLD
constituencies. Now if the ccTLD's are interested in aiding with the
translations, that's nice. But lets also be honest - DNS operators are not the
only individuals this WG is trying to reach out to. My domain owning friend in
Switzerland can barely understand English texts, and cannot write in English.
So that means she is shut out of this kind of process. There are many more
people like her, people like her that this WG is 'supposedly' set up to reach
out to. This is not the WG for registries or just DNS operators. Its the WG to
set up an individuals constituency.
