Hmm, I just read a good suggestion from Joel Disini of .PH to let the ccTLDs do
it...  and it could be part of how they 'pay' ICANN. I personally thought it
was an interesting suggestion, so I am restating it in case people didn't pay
attention... 

Corporations with international businesses have translations done all the time.
Why should ICANN be any different? Now if ICANN is going to be an
'international' corporation, at the very least it should act like a real one... 

Its not like every email message on a mailing list has to be translated, rather
the official public reports, documents and such... Its really not a daunting
task.
