Sorry Bret,

if I used some esoteric terminology, I will try again.
I understand that as in any political system also in this WG there is always one
tendency that calls for a more radical approach to change and another more
concerned about keeping up with the premises and promises, on deadlines, etc. I
thought the dialogue between these two creates--despite a few problems--a fruitful
cooperative process that could be furtherly improved if maintained.
