Dear members,

after three weeks, it seems to me that this WG is often caught in between two
opposing ways of thinking: one that consists of an epistemological reflection
on the adequacy, fairness and democracy of current processes and procedures;
and another--more pragmatical and practical--that tries to find the best
solution not in absolute terms, but relative to the given timeframes and
contexts. Beside taking a lot of time and creating difficulties in managing
this WG for the Chairs, this dialectic should be considered IMHO one of the
main reasons of interest of this WG and should be to some extent preserved,
without harming of course the functioning of the whole process.

Regards to all,

Luca Muscarà
