That question has been answered, years ago, on the IFWP list. There are only
three jurisdiction of import, the plaintif, the defendent, and that of the
registry. The plaintif, filing and either or both of the other two will get
similar binding results, albeit via differing procedures. See your local
lawyer. Remedies are extant, you don't even have to look very hard.
