[wg-e] Outreach efforts

Ok, I have finally come up for air. I deeply apologize for the long delay
in my activity on this list and my absence from the meeting in Cairo.

Please send me a note if you could directly contribute the report for Part
3. From the minutes, it seems Andrew McLaughlin and YJ Park have
volunteered their efforts, but we could use at least 2 other people to
contribute to this report.

Also, I would like to ask everyone to brainstorm and submit some ideas of
how general outreach should be done (i.e., Internet conferences & meetings,
bulk emailing to domain name holders, articles and press reports, website
and/or donated banner advertising, etc.) We can narrow and target
appropriately once we have a good list of ideas on the table.

Thanks.

Josh
