We have one volunteer on this topic, Bill Washburn, and would like to have
more, in particular from Asia and Europe to have good geographical diversity
on funding.  

hope bill will volunteer to coordinate this effort of developing Part 5:
Funding report.

Case Studies on Funding on Global Awareness and Outreach

1. Merkle Foundation
	committed $200,000 or more to ICANN, some of which could be
	used for the global awareness and outreach.  the first project was
	Berkaman Center's Workshop on 1999.10.31 in Los Angeles
	during ICANN Meeting.
