Gentlemen, Agreed. It would be absolutely ridiculous to revisit every issue every time a neophyte chimed in. Progress should definitely not be stopped short. But, if a Co-Chairman can issue a report for a group without the approval of the report by the group, why have members of the group? Doesn't the very name "Group Report" imply (perhaps falsely) broad group support?
