This is no doubt a subject which will be  addressed in Seattle next month,
but the relevance of this alleged inconsistency between the CBD and the
WTO/TRIPS (which principally relates to patent concerns) to wg-c seems
tenuous indeed.

Or is Eric suggesting in a roundabout way that the DNS should perhaps have
rules to take away www.redskins.com (for example) from its present owners in
light of the recent US decision to strike the corresponding trade mark
registration?
