Jonathan:

I think you have done a very well job and I support your position. Nobody
said that you could not work until the Name Council would have any outcome
from WG-D
.
The unique problem is that since the resolution of the Name Council is
public, it is possible that many people would be less interested in working
in the WG-C waiting the next NC resolution about the future of this working
group after receive the WG-D suggestions.
