Dear Roeland:

Thanks for the "wake up notice".

FYI, we have had many discussions within CORE about "running our 
queues".   It would have let us eliminate duplicates and let applicants 
(potential future registrants) know whether they have a ghost of a chance 
of getting their chosen request.

It would also have given us the chance to "exercise" our SRS.  However, 
there was a concern that the root files so created could get out into a 
pirate root server (I guess Best Internet calls them a "Grass Roots Server".
