Kent,

I could be particularly salient here and post responses you have made
to others who have tried to use ccTLDs as comparisons to gTLDs, in
which you have most scathingly pointed out that they are not
analogous.  Instead I will merely point out that ccTLDs performance
cannot possible be used to predict future gTLD performance.
